The property boasts wonderful sea views from its upper floor and the beach is just 400 m away.

On the ground floor, you can find an open-plan kitchen consisting of an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 4-ring hob. This leads out onto a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. This floor also features the large living room with a sofa, a wood-burning stove, a flat screen TV, and large bay windows. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with power shower and a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms including one with a spacious balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an independent WC. An ample southwest-facing bedroom offers sea views, a balcony, a 160 cm double bed, and large cupboards. The east bedroom has two twin beds, large cupboards, and a glimpse of the Noyalo River. The west bedroom has bunk beds, and a sea view. The bathroom features a bathtub, cabinets, and a separate toilet. The basement boasts a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, and an ironing board.

The large terrace with garden furniture is perfect for dining al fresco, and a barbecue. We are close to the beach, swimming, hiking trails, a kayaking club 3 km away, a riding school, an nature reserve for birds 4 km away, sailing club, and windsurfing 6 km away.
Be sure to visit Vannes, an ineteresting old city with battlements, the harbour, and museum. Come and explore the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands. Head out to sea on the gulf speedboats.
